100 grams butter

250 grams brown sugar
100 grams Pastry flour

Preparation steps

Chop the chocolate coarsely and melt the butter and chocolate over a hot water bath. Beat the eggs with the sugar until creamy and in a separate bowl, mix the flour with the baking powder and salt. With an electric mixer (dough hook), slowly mix the flour into the egg mixture and add the chocolate. Finely grind the nuts in a food chopper and add to the chocolate mixture.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F).

With a teaspoon, place small heaps of the batter on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Using the tines of a fork, press grooves in the cookies and bake for about 8 minutes.

Take out of the oven, let cool on a wire rack and serve.
