- 200 grams Dark chocolate
- 250 grams Milk chocolate
- 4 Tbsps Maple syrup
- 150 grams butter
- 150 grams small Marshmallow (pink and white)
- 150 grams Dried Fruit (raisins and apricots)

Preparation steps
1.
Coarsely break cookies. Roughly chop both chocolates. Melt maple syrup and butter in a bowl over a hot water bath while stirring. Let cool slightly, then mix in cookies, marshmallows and fruit. Line about 20x20 cm (approximately 8x8 inches) rectangular baking pan with plastic wrap and pour mixture into pan. Let cool for at least 3 hours, remove from pan, discard plastic wrap and cut into small pieces.
