- 12 butter Cookie
- 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate (chopped)
- 4 Tbsps Maple syrup
- ⅔ cup butter (chopped)
- 4 cups multi-colored, miniature Marshmallow
- 1 ¼ cups lightly salted Peanuts chopped (substitute pecans, almonds, pistachios, etc. )
- powdered sugar (for dusting)

Preparation steps
1.
Roughly break the butter cookies into small pieces and set aside.

In a heatproof bowl, placed over a saucepan of simmering water, melt the chopped chocolate. Add in the maple syrup and chopped butter; stirring frequently. Once melted, remove from heat; fold in the broken cookies, marshmallows and nuts.

Line 11 x 7-inch pan with parchment paper or plastic wrap. Spread chocolate mixture in pan and refrigerate until set, about 2 to 3 hours. Dust with confectioners' sugar, cut into pieces and serve. May be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
