150 milliliters Whipped cream
800 milliliters milk (well chilled)

Preparation steps

1.

Unwrap the chocolate bar and let freeze for about 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, toast the hazelnuts in a hot pan until fragrant. Let cool down.

3.

Chop the chocolate bar finely and set aside 2 tablespoons for garnish. Puree the rest finely together with the hazelnuts, cream and milk in a blender.

4.

Divide the shake in glasses and serve garnished with the remaining candy bar pieces.
