Like wheat flour, spelt flour is versatile in the kitchen and shines with its fine and slightly nutty taste. In addition, spelt and dark chocolate slightly boost our mood, as both contain the amino acid tryptophan, which is converted in the body to the good mood hormone serotonin.

In contrast to milk chocolate, dark chocolate can be used more often in desserts like these chocolate cookies or eaten as a snack. Its secondary plant substances contribute to stable blood pressure and sugar levels, thus preventing cardiovascular diseases.
