- 600 grams Dark chocolate
- 150 grams Coconut oil
- 200 milliliters Whipped cream
- 150 grams chopped almonds
- 300 grams Shortbread
- 2 Tbsps Coffee bean
- 2 Tbsps cocoa powder
Preparation

Chop the chocolate coarsely and melt along with the coconut oil and cream. Remove from heat, mix in the nuts and let cool slightly.

Line a loaf pan with plastic wrap, spread some chocolate cream into the pan and cover with cookies. Repeat layering with the remaining chocolate cream and cookies.

Chill for at least 4 hours. Before serving, sprinkle with coffee grounds and cocoa powder. Serve sliced.
