- 80 grams Dark chocolate
- 50 grams Pecan
- 4 ripe Banana
- 4 egg whites
- 1 Tbsp Grappa
- 160 grams brown sugar
- 160 grams brown sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- cinnamon
- 240 grams Oat bran
- To garnish
- dried Banana (to decorate)
Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F). Line a baking dish, about 30 x 25 cm (approximately 10-12 inches), with parchment paper.

Break the chocolate into pieces. Place in a bowl and melt over a pot of simmering water. Coarsely chop the pecans. Peel the banana and mash finely with a fork. Mix the bananas with the egg white, chocolate, nuts, grappa, sugar, vanilla sugar, and cinnamon. Stir in the oat bran. Transfer the mixture into the baking dish. Smooth and bake in an oven for about 25 minutes. Allow to cool slightly and cut into squares. Decorate with the dried banana slices.
