- 5 ozs white chocolate (chopped)
- 8 pcs Turkish Delight (chopped)
- 6 Tbsps Pistachio (roughly chopped)
- 1 tsp silver or pink Cachou (dragée or balls)
- 2 Tbsps powdered sugar (for sprinkling)

Preparation steps
1.
Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a pan of hot, but not boiling water. Line a baking tray with baking parchment.
2.
Carefully spoon a tablespoon of melted chocolate onto the tray making sure to keep the chocolate in a circular shape.
3.
Top each one with with Turkish delight, pistachios and silver cachous (dragée or balls).
4.
Leave to set in a cool place, but not the fridge. When set sprinkle lightly with icing (confectioners') sugar.
