- 1 ½ cups Basmati rice
- 1 onion (sliced)
- 2 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp fresh ginger (grated)
- 2 Tbsps sesame oil
- 3.333 cups Pork (chopped)
- 8 cups baby Bok Choy (cut into strips)
- 2 cups Bean sprout
- soy sauce
- Oyster sauce
Preparation
1.
Cook the rice in salted, boiling water according to the directions on the packet.

Fry the onion, garlic and ginger in hot oil. Add the meat and fry for 1-2 minutes.

Add the bok choy and the bean sprouts, fry for a further 2-3 minutes and season well with soy sauce, oyster sauce and ground black pepper. Steep for a few minutes and then serve with the rice.
