- 250 grams Chicken breasts
- ¼ l Chicken broth
- 1 can Mandarin orange (in its own juice)
- 2 Tbsps Sesame seeds
- 3 scallions
- 250 grams medium-thick Chinese Pasta
- For the salad dressing
- 2 Tbsps sunflower oil
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp water
- salt
- peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Trim and rinse Chinese cabbage. Cut the top soft part of the leaves into large pieces. Cut the bottom, harder part into strips. Rinse scallions, trim and cut into strips.

Bring chicken broth to a boil, add chicken breast and cook for 15 minutes. Drain and let cool, then cut into cubes. Break noodles into smaller pieces and cook according to package insert.

Drain mandarin oranges. Roast sesame seeds at a very low heat for 5 minutes, mix lettuce leaves, spring onions, chicken breast pieces, noodles and tangerines in a bowl.
4.
Make salad dressing with oil, soy sauce, vinegar, water, salt and pepper, pour over the salad and stir well. Sprinkle with toasted sesame.
