- 300 grams fresh Peas (shelled)
- 300 grams Natural yogurt
- 200 grams Sour cream
- 3 Tbsps lemon juice
- 1 tsp sugar
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 120 grams cooked crayfish (tails)
- plucked Basil (for garnish)
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse basil and peas. In a blender, combine basil, peas, yogurt and sour cream and puree until smooth. Season with lemon juice, sugar, salt and pepper. Divide crayfish tails among bowls and ladle soup over them. Garnish with basil leaves.
