- ½ honeydew melon
- 400 grams Watermelon
- 100 grams green, seedless Grape
- 1 Limes (juiced)
- mint (for garnish)
- 2 Tbsps honey
Preparation

Peel the honeydew and watermelon. Scoop out 4 balls of the honeydew flesh with a melon baller and coarsely chop the rest. Coarsely chop the watermelon. Puree the honeydew, watermelon and grapes until smooth and strain through a fine mesh sieve.

Stir in the lime juice and honey and pour into 4 chilled glasses. Thread the reserved honeydew balls onto wooden skewers and place in the glasses. Garnish with fresh mint and refrigerate until ready to serve.
