- 4 cups Cucumber (peeled, seeds scooped out, chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic cloves
- 1 ⅓ cups natural Yogurt
- ⅜ cup cream (min. 30 % fat content)
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 1 ⅔ cups deep sea shrimp (cooked)
- 1 bunch Dill (chopped, reserving some sprigs to garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Purée the cucumbers with the garlic. Mix in the yoghurt with the cream and lemon juice, season with salt and ground black pepper and chill for 2 hours.
2.
Mix in the dill, apart from the reserved sprigs.
3.
Serve the soup in bowl, garnished with shrimps and dill.
