2 red and green Bell pepper
1 onion
1 handful Fresh herbs (parsley and cilantro leaves)
2 Tbsps olive oil
salt
freshly ground peppers
Chili powder
4 Tortillas
4 Tbsps Whipped cream
For the guacamole
2 Avocados
1 shallot
2 Tbsps freshly chopped cilantro
1 Tbsp lemon juice
salt
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

Rinse chicken breasts, pat dry and chop. Rinse bell peppers and cut into pieces. Peel onion and cut into strips. Rinse parsley and pat dry. Cook chicken in hot oil for 1-2 minutes. Add onion and peppers, season with salt and pepper and cook for 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and chili powder.

Heat tortillas according to package directions and top with chicken mixture. Add sour cream to taste and sprinkle with herbs, then roll up.

For the guacamole, peel avocados, halve, pit and finely mash with a fork. Peel shallot, chop finely and mix with cilantro leaves, lemon juice and avocados. Season with salt and pepper and serve alongside wraps..
