- 400 grams Chicken breasts
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 pc fresh ginger (3 cm)
- Bell pepper (1 red and 1 green)
- 200 grams fresh Snow peas (halved)
- cilantro (1/2 teaspoon ground)
- Cumin (1/2 teaspoon ground)
- 300 milliliters chicken stock
- salt
- peppers (ground)
- 4 Tbsps sweet and sour Chili sauce
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- fresh Coriander

Preparation steps

Cut the chicken into bite size pieces. Peel the onions and garlic and chop finely. Peel the ginger and finely chop.

Saute onions and garlic for 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Add chicken and cook until opaque, then add peppers, snow peas, ginger and ground spices, stirring for 30 sec. Pour in chicken stock and cook on medium heat about 10 minutes. Simmer until the liquid almost completely evaporates. Season with salt, pepper, lemon juice and chile sauce, and garnish before serving with fresh coriander leaves.
