- 400 grams button Mushroom
- 250 grams shallots
- 1 stalk Leeks
- 4 Chicken legs
- salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 3 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 1 tsp thyme
- 250 milliliters Chicken broth
- 125 milliliters white wine
- 2 Tbsps chopped parsley

Preparation steps
1.
Trim mushrooms and cut into quarters. Peel shallots and halve. Rinse leek, trim and cut into rings. Season chicken legs with salt and pepper and fry until golden brown on all sides in a roasting pan in hot oil, then remove.

Sauté mushrooms, leek and shallots in the roasting pan and season with salt, pepper and thyme. Add broth and white wine. Add chicken legs, cover and simmer about 40 minutes. Stir parsley into the sauce and season with salt and pepper.
3.
Serve with white bread, if desired.
