- 100 grams Lettuce (such as oak leaf or lettuce)
- 100 smoked Chicken breasts (diced)
- 2 soft boiled eggs
- 8 Cherry tomatoes
- 2 slices Toast
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 50 grams Corn kernel
- 1 Tbsp Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsps White vinegar
- 4 Tbsps Chicken broth
- Sea salt (coarsely ground)
- freshly ground pepper

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse and chop the lettuce into bite-size pieces.
2.
Peel eggs and cut into quarters.
3.
Rinse tomatoes and cut into quarters.
4.
Remove the crust from the toast and fry in butter on both sides until golden brown. Dice the toast.
5.
For the dressing, mix the yogurt, oil, vinegar and lukewarm broth. Season with salt and pepper.
6.
Mix the lettuce, chicken breast, tomatoes and corn on the cob. Mix in the dressing and pour into small bowls. Sprinkle the salads with eggs and toast cubes and serve immediately.
