Preparation steps

Rinse chicken legs, pat dry and rub with salt, pepper and paprika. Preheat oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F) convection. Place drumsticks on an oiled baking dish and cook until golden brown in hot oven (about 35 minutes). Turn once. For the sauce, peel banana, shop into pieces and puree finely with the yogurt.

Season with curry, agave syrup, 1 teaspoon oil, salt and pepper. Peel apple, cut in half, remove seeds and cut into tiny cubes. Mix apple into sauce, and serve with fried chicken legs.
