- 125 grams Long grain rice (cooking bags, 8-10 minutes cooking time)
- 3 Chicken breasts (with skin)
- 3 small Zucchini
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 800 milliliters Vegetable broth
- 100 milliliters Heavy cream
- salt
- peppers
- Nutmeg
- 3 stalks Basil
Preparation steps

Cook rice according to package instructions.

Meanwhile rinse chicken breasts under cold water, pat dry and cut into bite-sized pieces. Rinse zucchini and cut into slices.

In a saucepan heat oil and fry chicken pieces. Add zucchini slices and sauté. Add rice, vegetable stock and cream. Boil everything and season with salt, pepper and freshly grated nutmeg.
4.
Rinse basil, pluck leaves and shake dry. Fill bowls with stew and garnish with basil.
