- For the chicken skewers
- 500 grams Chicken breasts
- 2 Tbsps sesame oil
- 2 Tbsps soy sauce
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 1 tsp Curry powder
- 2 Tbsps Lime juice
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- For the fish skewers
- 500 grams Tuna steak
- 1 Zucchini
- 10 bay leaves
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- ½ tsp grated Lemon peel
- 1 tsp fennel seeds
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
Preparation steps

For the chicken skewers, rinse chicken, pat dry and cut into strips. Mix the oil, soy sauce, ginger, curry, lime juice and sugar, cover the chicken in the marinade and let infuse about 1 hour.

For the fish skewers, rinse the tuna and pat dry and cut into pieces. Trim, rinse and slice the zucchini. Alternately stick zucchini with the fish and the bay leaves on skewers. Mix the oil with the lemon zest and fennel and brush on the skewers.

Thread the chicken onto skewers. Season all skewers with salt and pepper and cook on the grill for 3-4 minutes. Remove tuna skewers and leave the chicken skewers grilling 2-3 minutes longer.

Serve with dips if desired.
