2 tablespoons Chia seeds
12 ounces Yogurt (3.5% fat)
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon Vanilla
2 ounces almonds
1 ounce Dark chocolate (at least 70 % cocoa content)

1 Immersion blender, 1 Pot, 1 Bowl, 1 Cutting board, 1 Knife

Preparation steps

1.

Put the strawberries in a pot with a little water and cook over medium heat for about 7 minutes until soft, and the puree if necessary. In the meantime mix Chia seeds with yogurt and honey and season with vanilla.

Coarsely chop the almonds and chocolate. Layer Chia yogurt and strawberry puree alternately in glasses and serve sprinkled with almonds and chocolate.
