400 grams mixed Ground meat
1 tsp medium hot Mustard
1 Tbsp finely chopped parsley
1 egg
salt

3 Tbsps vegetable oil
Lettuce
2 onions
2 Tomatoes
4 slices Cheese (such as gouda)
4 White rolls

Preparation steps

In a bowl, stir the ground meat with the mustard, parsley and egg. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Shape into 4 burgers.

Heat the 2 tablespoons of oil in a skillet. Add the burgers and cook for 6-8 minutes.

Rinse the lettuce and shake dry. Peel the onions and cut into rings. Rinse the tomatoes and cut into 8 slices. 

Heat the remaining oil in a grill pan. Add the onion rings and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes. In the final 2 minutes of cooking, add the tomatoes. Add the cheese to the burgers and cook until melted.

Cut the rolls in half horizontally and toast in a skillet until golden brown. Place a lettuce leaf on the bottom of each bun and top with a burger. Top with the onion and tomato slices. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Place the top of the rolls on top.
