- 2 Tbsps black Olives
- 2 Tbsps green Olives
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 1 chili pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- ½ l olive oil
Preparation

Cut feta cheese into bite-size cubes. Peel garlic cloves and cut in half lengthwise.

Drain olives. Layer cheese cubes, olives and spices into a suitable glass jar. Pour olive oil over everything until covered. Cover the jar and let stand in the refrigerator overnight.
