6 ozs water
Chamomile (for garnish)
honey (to taste)

Preparation steps

1.

Bring the water to a boil, remove from heat and add the dried chamomile. Cover and let steep for 5-10 minutes. Strain into warmed mugs.

Season to taste with honey and garnish with chamomile flowers.
