250 grams cream cheese
3 Tbsps Whipped cream
2 Tbsps Orange liqueur
3 Tbsps Gruyere (freshly grated)

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the celery and rinse. Remove the hard celery and the greens. Cut into 12 cm (approximately 4 3/4 inches) long pieces on a plate.

For the cream cheese dip: Mix all the ingredients together until smooth. Season to taste. Place in a piping bag with a star tip and pipe into the celery. Serve sprinkled with pistachios.
