- 1 tart Apple (Granny Smith)
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 3 Tbsps Natural yogurt
- 100 grams Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsps Crème fraiche
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 100 grams Pecan
- 80 grams sugar
Preparation
1.
Peel, clean and cut into fine strips celery and apple. Immediately combine with lemon juice.

Whisk yogurt with mayonnaise and sour cream, season with salt and pepper. Toss salad with the dressing.

Toast nuts in a dry pan fry until fragrant, sprinkle with sugar and caramelize lightly. Remove from the pan and dry on paper towels.
4.
Arrange salad on serving spoons and garnish with nuts. Serve.
