- 1 Celery root (500 grams)
- 2 big red Apple
- 3 Tbsps lemon juice
- 2 Tbsps Currants
- 2 Tbsps Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsps Whipped cream
- 1 Tbsp milk
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
Preparation

Peel celery root, cut in half or quarters lengthwise and cut it into 1 cm (approximately 1/2 inch) cubes. Rinse apples, cut into quarters, remove core, then cut apples into small cubes and mix with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.

Mix celery, apples and currants in a bowl.

Mix mayonnaise in a bowl with sour cream, milk, remaining lemon juice and sugar and season with salt and pepper. Mix mayonnaise sauce with salad ingredients and distribute for serving on plates.
