Preparation steps

Rinse, peel, and coarsely chop the cucumber and celery. Rinse, trim, and drain the arugula.

Puree all the prepared ingredients and the orange juice in a blender. Thin with up to 150 ml (approximately 5 ounces) of cold water. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
