4 Tbsps Whipped cream
200 grams small Cauliflower
1 Tbsp scallions

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the carrots and potato. Cut the carrots into slices. Cube the potato.

2.

Bring the broth, carrots and potato to boil. Simmer for about 15 minutes. Remove some of the vegetables and puree the remaining soup. Season with salt and pepper.

3.

Pour everything back into the pot and add the cauliflower. Simmer for another 5 minutes. Stir in the cream. Serve garnished with chives.
