Healthy, because
If you want to save carbohydrates, the cauliflower salad with egg and ham sauce is the best choice. One portion provides only 8 grams of carbohydrates, but 23 grams of satiating protein. The high protein content supports muscle building; it also prevents the body from breaking down muscle mass instead of fat when dieting.
Even smarter
You can add cauliflower salad with egg and ham sauce according to your taste. How about peppers or radishes? The paprika not only adds colour but is also a real vitamin C booster. Radishes contain the sulphurous oil raphanol. It has an antibiotic effect, regenerates the mucous membranes and stimulates digestion.
