- 3 Tbsps lemon juice
- 300 milliliters Carrot juice
- 300 milliliters milk (or soy milk)
- 4 tsps Maple syrup

Preparation steps
1.
Peel the apple, remove the core, and finely grate. Mix the apple immediately with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
2.
Puree the apple, carrot juice, milk, and maple syrup in a blender until completely combined. Season to taste with the remaining lemon juice.
3.
Pour the smoothie into four tall glasses, garnish the rims of the glasses with a slice of carrot, and serve.
