2 tsps Matcha tea powder
1 Tbsp flaxseed oil

28 ozs carrots (about 8 carrots)
3 scallions
½ bunch Cress
1 ½ ozs Cashews

1 Knife, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Bowl, 1 Skillet

Preparation steps

1.

Halve the lime, squeeze it and put the juice in a bowl with honey, Matcha powder and oil. Mix well with a whisk and season with salt and pepper.

2.

Clean, peel and halve carrots lengthwise and slice or cut them diagonally into thin slices.

3.

Clean and wash the spring onions and cut them into fine rings. Cut the cress from the bed.

4.

Coarsely chop cashew nuts and roast them in a pan without oil for 3-4 minutes at medium heat.

5.

Arrange carrots with spring onions on 4 plates, sprinkle with cress and nuts and drizzle with Matcha dressing.
