- 500 milliliters Orange juice
- 400 milliliters Carrot juice
- 1 Tbsp honey (15 g)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 200 milliliters Buttermilk (well chilled)
Preparation

Rinse the blood orange in hot water. Pat dry and cut 4 large slices for garnish.

Mix the orange juice, carrot juice, honey, and cinnamon. Stir in the buttermilk.
3.
Divide the drink into 4 glasses. Garnish with a slice of blood orange, and serve with a straw.
