3 Oranges
2 Tbsps honey
4 Tbsps white wine
1 pinch Cardamom

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the oranges with a sharp knife carefully, removing the white skin. Cut crosswise into thin slices, removing any seeds. Rinse the strawberries, trim and cut into slices. Arrange both decoratively onto 4 plates.

2.

Heat the orange juice with white wine and honey (do not boil) and season with cardamom. Drizzle the warm syrup evenly over the fruit and let stand about  30 min. Serve garnished with cardamom pods.
