- 3 Cherry tomatoes
- ¼ Bell pepper
- 1 oz Arugula
Preparation

For the pesto puree basil with olive oil and mix in parmesan. Season with salt and pepper.

Clean, wash and quarter the tomatoes.

Core the pepper, wash and dice it.

Wash the arugula and shake dry. Layer all ingredients in a glass.
