- 500 grams Squid tentacle
- 500 grams Chorizo
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 2 slices white bread
- 2 Tbsps coarsely chopped parsley
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse squid and cut into bite-sized pieces. Cut chorizo diagonally into large slices. Heat hot grill pan and cook chorizo for 1-2 minutes. Add squid, season with salt and pepper and grill for about 2-3 minutes.

Toast white bread in another grill pan until golden brown on both sides. Add to chorizo and squid pan and sprinkle with parsley. Drizzle with lemon juice.
3.
Season to taste and serve.
