Preparation steps

1.

Rinse squid and cut into bite-sized pieces. Cut chorizo ​​diagonally into large slices. Heat hot grill pan and cook chorizo for 1-2 minutes. Add squid, season with salt and pepper and grill for about 2-3 minutes.

Toast white bread in another grill pan until golden brown on both sides. Add to chorizo and squid pan and sprinkle with parsley. Drizzle with lemon juice.
