- 4 slices stale white bread (cut into small cubes)
- 2 Tbsps White vinegar
- salt

- 6 Tbsps olive oil (kaltgepresst)

Preparation steps

Rinse the lettuce and drain thoroughly. Toast the bread in a pan with a little oil until golden brown, and season to taste with salt and pepper.

Mix the vinegar and the olive oil to form a vinaigrette. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Before serving, mix the lettuce with the dressing. Top with the croutons and serve immediately.
