- 50 grams Parmesan

- 12 slices Baguette
- 3 garlic cloves
- 4 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 1 head Romaine lettuce (500 grams)
- For the dressing
- 4 Tbsps lemon juice
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 1 pinch sugar
- 1 Tbsp ground almonds
- 8 Tbsps olive oil
- 4 Tbsps Whipped cream
Preparation steps

Slice the bread. Peel and chop the garlic.

Heat the oil in a large frying pan, add the bread and toast until golden brown on both sides roast. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Rinse the romaine lettuce, drain or spin dry. Cut the leaves into strips. Combine the lemon juice with salt, pepper, mustard, sugar and almonds. Whisk in the oil, then stir in the cream. Divide the lettuce into salad bowls. Drizzle the dressing over, shave the parmesan on top and serve garnished with slices of toasted bread.
