- 2 Tbsps butter
- 2 carrots (chopped into small chunks)
- 1 Savoy cabbage (cored and quartered)
- 1 ⅓ cups vegetable stock
- salt
- peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the butter in a large pan. Add the carrots and cook for 3-4 minutes.

Stir in the cabbage and cook for 2 minutes until wilted.
3.
Pour over the stock and simmer for about 5 minutes, until the carrots are just cooked. Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
