- 1 garlic clove
- 1 scoop Buffalo mozzarella (125 grams, approximately 4 ounces)
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- ½ tsp dried italian Fresh herbs
- 8 slices Baguette
- 2 handfuls fresh Basil
- 8 slices cotto
- Sea salt
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Peel garlic and cut in half. Drain mozzarella, cut in half then cut into 8 pieces. Mix herbs with olive oil.

Brush bread on one side with a little oil and place on a hot grill for 1 to 2 minutes until crisp. Remove and rub with garlic. Drizzle with herb olive oil and top with one slice of mozzarella, basil leaves and 2 slices of ham. Sprinkle with coarse salt and pepper. Heat 1 to 2 minutes more until cheese melts, remove and serve on plates.
