Preparation steps

Rinse broccoli florets. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add broccoli, cover, and blanch 3-4 minutes. Drain and immediately plunge broccoli into ice water. Drain.
2.
Rinse rosemary and combine with broccoli and yogurt in a blender. Puree until smooth and serve chilled.
