Broccoli and Eggs Salad
Peel the potatoes and cut into slices. Boil water and add the potatoes. Simmer for about 6-8 minutes. Add the broccoli florets and lentils and simmer for another 6-8 minutes, until everything is tender. Transfer to a bowl with a slotted spoon and cool slightly.
Hard boil the eggs, plunge into ice water, peel and cut into quarters.
Rinse the radishes and cut into slices.
Mix the vinegar and oil and season with salt, sugar and pepper. Stir the dressing and radishes with the broccoli, lentils and potatoes. Transfer to plates and add the eggs. Serve garnished with marjoram leaves.
