Broccoli (500 grams)
Cauliflower (500 grams)

2 Tbsps Sunflower seed
1 Tbsp Sesame seeds
2 peeled, cooked Sweet potato
1 Tomato
1 onion
3 Tbsps Vinegar
freshly ground peppers
1 pinch sugar
3 Tbsps olive oil
2 Tbsps Pumpkin seed

Preparation steps

1.

Peel eggs and cut into wedges. Rinse broccoli and cauliflower and divide into florets. Cook cauliflower in boiling salted water for about 8 minutes and drain, rinse with cold water and drain again. Cook broccoli in boiling salted water for about 6 minutes and drain, rinse with cold water and drain again.

Toast sunflower, pumpkin and sesame seeds in a dry pan and remove from heat. Cut potatoes into small pieces. Rinse and chop tomato. Peel onion and chop finely.

3.

Prepare dressing by seasoning vinegar with salt, pepper and sugar. Add onions to the dressing and add olive oil, mix well. Toss all prepared ingredients with dressing. Sprinkle with toasted seeds and serve.
