- 1 small head Radicchio
- 20 grams Walnut
- 1 small ripe Pear
- 120 grams thin slices Bresaola
- 2 Tbsps White vinegar
- Salt freshly ground pepper
- 1-2 tsp honey
- 3 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse, trim and cut scallion lengthwise into thin strips. Place scallion strips in ice water.
2.
Rinse, trim and cut radicchio into fine strips. Chop walnuts. Rinse pear, cut into quarters, remove core and cut into thin slices.
3.
Divide bresaola among plates. Top with radicchio, drained scallion strips, pear slices and walnuts. Whisk vinegar with salt, pepper, and honey to taste. Whisk in olive oil and drizzle dressing over each serving.
