- 500 grams button Mushroom
- 2 Tbsps Pastry flour
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsps Whipped cream
- 150 grams breadcrumbs
- 50 grams grated Parmesan
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- vegetable oil (to fry)
Preparation
1.
Rinse the mushrooms and sprinkle with the flour. Beat the eggs and cream. Dip the mushrooms in the egg mixture. Mix the breadcrumbs, parmesan and oregano. Cover the mushrooms with the breadcrumbs and season with salt and pepper. Fry the mushrooms in plenty of hot oil for 2-3 minutes, turning occasionally.

Drain on kitchen paper and serve.

Serve with chile sauce or aioli, as desired.
