- 250 grams Red onions
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 small bunch rosemary
- 250 grams Nectarine
- 4 Tbsps vegetable oil
- Wine
- salt
- peppers
- 2 Tbsps light sauce thickener

Preparation steps

Rinse hen and pat dry, cut into 8 pieces. Peel onions and cut into thin wedges. Peel garlic cloves and cut into slices. Rinse and pat dry rosemary. Rinse and halve nectarines, pit and cut into wedges. Heat oil in a pan and brown meat on all sides. Add onions and garlic to the pan and saute for a few minutes. Deglaze pan with wine, add rosemary and simmer, covered, for about 40 minutes. After 20 minutes, add nectarines to the pan. Season with salt and pepper and stir in cornstarch. Place stew onto plates and serve.
