- 60 grams butter
- 250 grams Blueberries
- 2 Tbsps clarified butter
- powdered sugar (for dusting)
Preparation

In a bowl, combine flour, salt, sugar and baking powder. Beat in the milk and eggs. Melt butter and stir into the batter.

Fold blueberries into the batter. Heat the clarified butter in a nonstick pan and fry the batter into small, circular golden-brown pancakes. Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar.
