- 5 ozs ripe Strawberries
- 2 ½ ozs Blueberries
- 2 ozs Raspberries
- 10 ozs watermelon pulp
- 2 carrots
- 2 Tomatoes
- 2 sprigs mint
- 1 Tbsp Walnut oil
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
Preparation

Clean and wash strawberries. Wash blueberries and raspberries. Cut melon into small pieces.

Carrots clean, peel and cut into small pieces. Clean, wash and chop the tomatoes. Wash the mint, shake dry and pluck off the leaves.

Place fruit, vegetables, mint and oil in a stand mixer with 7 ounces water and lemon juice. Blend everything together very finely. Pour smoothie into 4 glasses and serve.
