- 2 cups frozen Raspberries
- 2 Tbsps Raspberry jam (jelly)
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 2 Digestive biscuit (crushed)
- 1 Tbsp rolled oats
- 3 cups 2% milk
- Raspberries
- golden Raspberries
Preparation

Combine the frozen raspberries, raspberry jam, cream cheese, digestive biscuits, rolled oats, and milk in a food processor or blender.

Blend on high for 2 minutes, scraping down the sides after 1 minute.

Pour into glasses and serve with skewers of the raspberries.
