- 500 grams Strawberries
- 500 grams Raspberries
- 500 grams jam sugar (2:1 ratio)
- 1 lemon (juiced)
- 1 generous pinch Cardamom (ground)
- 1 generous pinch Vanilla (ground)
- 2 centiliters Lemon liqueur
Preparation

Rinse, trim, and coarsely chop the strawberries. Wipe the raspberries and add to a pot with the strawberries. Puree with an immersion blender completely (or coarsely if you prefer). Add the sugar, lemon juice, cardamom, and vanilla. Mix until combined and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cook for 4 minutes, add the liqueur, and mix until combined. Transfer the jam into the prepared jars, seal tightly, and cool completely.
